Background
Our fully doxxed team have worked with some of the most prominent music artists over the last 15 years. Multi-platinum selling superstars to the most prominent upcoming artists of the global music scene; our founders have noticed some serious problems within the industry.
The first is the connection between artists and fans. 15 years ago, you could get up close and personal with artists if you had a backstage artist pass, but today, fans can’t even get within the same room. Dancing Seahorse has access to these artists, from gigs and concerts to green rooms and after parties, and these once-in-a-lifetime experiences are to be shared with our holders.
Secondly, the top 1% of artists globally earn a massive 90% of all music-streaming payments. This makes it incredibly hard for new artists to break through and financially support themselves as they try to live their dreams. We want to create a system to support young and emerging artists with the help of our community, lead artists and industry experts.
Finally, music event ticketing is littered with problems; touting, demand, cost, and security are ongoing issues in event ticketing. We aim to revolutionize how event ticketing occurs over the next few years. We are currently in talks with 2 of the biggest global promoters & ticketing providers to fundamentally change how all ticketing runs on the blockchain as NFTs. The benefits are security, cost, transaction speed and engagement with fans. Imagine being dropped free tickets to your digital wallet just for being an engaged fan of a brand or artist!
We are firm believers in the Web3 space and are adamant it will change the future of every industry as we develop. We want to be the market leader within the music space and have the backing, team and determination to succeed.
Why are we different?
We feel we have a unique standing in the NFT space due to our highly experienced team, investment backing, industry connections, creative output and future vision. Unlike most projects, we do not make promises or roadmap provisions based on future NFT sales. The wheels are already in motion to create the biggest project of 2022! Our Los Angeles club is almost complete, the Marketplace is in a testing phase, and our crypto token is being worked on by some of the biggest names in crypto for early 2023 release.
We have secured three global artists already, with over 50 million followers, and we can confirm that we are in talks with another seven global artists who are very, very close to joining Dancing Seahorse. We aim to have over 12 global artists for launch and up to 30 in the future, with legendary Seahorses already reserved for them.

The Club
Launching September 30th 2022, on LA’s world-famous Hollywood Boulevard, our premium members-only club is one of the most sought-after and exclusive venues in live music. With a capacity of around 400–600, this is one of the most intimate venues that we will share with artists and holders alike. Get up close and personal and share our VIP experiences with some of the most famous celebrities in music.
Over the next twelve months, we’ll begin opening clubs and exclusive venues in the most exciting locations globally. As a Legendary Seahorse owner, you will have lifetime VIP access to all The Dancing Seahorse Clubs — Worldwide.
Dancing Seahorse Events
Our plan is to go beyond what other projects are doing. We don’t just want to host a few parties; we want major events, festivals, gigs, and concerts at least once a month, so our community always has something to look forward to! We are currently in talks to collaborate with some of the most prominent music festival and event promoters in the world to offer Luxury Dancing Seahorse activations at all of their future venues. We also want to put on multiple DS events throughout the year, to which all token holders will have access. More information about these will be released very soon.
The Marketplace
They say ‘Go big or go home’!
We know disrupting the music industry is no mean feat but, when analyzing the current Web3.0 marketplaces, we feel there is a huge demand for a niche, trusted and reliable music-focused NFT Marketplace.
Our Marketplace is already in full production and will be launched in Q4 of 2022. We want music fans to be able to come to our Marketplace and know they are buying a genuine NFT from the artist they support with real utility and beautiful art! No cash grabs here. We are also helping onboard all our artists to the Web3.0 space to help it grow to its full potential.
Long-term, our goal is to transform all event ticketing to NFTs on the blockchain. This means our Marketplace will be the go-to, trusted source for all music venues in the future. Ambitious, we know, but for our Legendary and Premium holders, you will be regularly airdropped tickets that, if you can’t attend physically, you can then always sell on our Marketplace.
Crypto Token
To support our Marketplace and to Lead the integration of the Music Industry into the Web 3 World, we needed a unique crypto token just for us.
Launching Q1 ’23, our Crypto-token is bespoke, running on the Ethereum Blockchain, supporting the Dancing Seahorse ecosystem. It can be used for sales and purchases on our Marketplace, plus IRL merchandise, tickets and consumables from major artists and record labels.
It is the native cryptocurrency directly connected to both Dancing Seahorse & our partner StreamLive, with a critical benefit being users don’t mine it; they earn it. The Crypto-token will operate as a promotional motivator for StreamLive concerts, where music fans will be able to earn the token, both by watching concerts live on the app and by promoting their own StreamLive concert hall.
All Legendary and Premium Seahorse Holders will be allocated a significant sum of our Crypto-token, plus access to future pre-seed / seed-level investment opportunities. The more Seahorses you own, the more Crypto-token you will be gifted.
Funding the future of the Music Industry
Another long-term goal of ours is supporting those upcoming artists that need help making it big.
At Dancing Seahorse, we believe it’s vital that we create a lasting legacy to help fund the future of music. As such, we will deposit 2% of secondary sales revenue into our community fund, and our Legendary and Premium holders can decide what it’s used for.
We might run regular competitions to vote for the best upcoming artists and pay for them to perform at our gigs, buy them a Seahorse to connect them with industry professionals or even get them to collaborate with our artists!

We must have one of the strongest founding teams ever to start a web3.0 project. Currently, Dancing Seahorse has over 30 core members, all head down and planning the future of this project. From CTOs to strategists, creatives, and event organizers, all the way down to community managers & moderators, we are building something that will change the game forever.
